KredEx small home renovation programme – CLOSED

The former programme supported panels and storage at up to 30%, capped at €20,000 per household.
The former budget was €28 million; supported projects had to be completed within one year.
Under the former rules, panels, inverters and batteries used unit costs without supplier quotations. Support was 30%, capped at €20,000 per home. Panel and inverter unit costs included design at €1140/kW, with a 15 kW supported panel limit. Battery unit cost was €642/kWh, with a 20 kWh supported limit. Examples:
- For 18 kW of panels and a 15 kW inverter, the supported panel limit was 15 kW: 15 × 1140 × 30% = €5130;
- For 5 kW of panels and a 10 kW inverter: 5 × 1140 × 30% = €1710;
- 18 kW of panels with a 20 kW inverter were ineligible because the inverter limit was 15 kW;
- For a 10 kWh battery: 10 × 642 × 30% = €1926.
- For a 25 kWh battery, only 20 kWh counted: 20 × 642 × 30% = €3852.
